Wedding and portrait photographers serving central mn and the twin cities metro area

Whether you are getting married, or just getting senior portraits done COVID is affecting all of us.

So, this page will be the center for all information I get pertaining to Covid-19 and how it may affect your wedding day!

Getting the right information

Since not a single news agency can agree on anything, I have posted the following links for you.  I have been getting my information directly from the MN department of health, the CDC, and one I have found useful is called worldmeters.  These are really great places for information on the current situation.

Individuals may leave their home or residence to be married, to serve as witnesses, or to officiate a marriage, provided that the gathering consists of no more than 10 attendees. The wedding location must allow for social distancing and compliance with MDH and CDC Guidelines to the maximum extent possible. The restrictions on places of public accommodation adopted in Executive Orders 20-04, 20-18, and this Executive Order otherwise remain in effect.

I have found nothing in anything I have read that specifically mentions photography.  As far as I can tell, as long as the shoot is outdoors and we follow social distancing guidelines there is no reason we can't do portrait sessions.  So basically I'm willing if you are!

I am updating this as quickly as possible, and adding things as I can.  I am not a medical professional, I am also not a fortune teller.  Always make sure you are following the current guidelines from the professionals!
